Glasgow City Centre + Hybrid Working (min 2 days per week office based)

What will your role involve?

A 360 Recruitment professional, you will take responsibility for building and developing your desk within the Driving and Logistics sector.

  • Develop strong client relationships, understanding their individual hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, compliance, and onboarding.
  • Source, meet and support Driving and Logistics candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Ensure all candidate compliance and documentation is up to date.
  • Maintain regular contact with both clients and candidates to ensure a quality service is consistently achieved.
