A progressive food manufacturing company in Huntingdon seeks an experienced HR Officer for a 15-month maternity cover. You will support HR operations, manage employee relations, and help foster a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates will have CIPD Level 3 and a strong grasp of UK employment law. Role: HR Officer (15-Month FTC - Maternity Cover)

Salary: 35,000
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join an established on-site HR team on a 15-month maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, where you'll be building strong relationships across all levels of the business and making a real impact day-to-day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams and is confident supporting both managers and employees with a range of HR matters. You'll provide guidance on employee relations, support investigations, and help to maintain a positive and engaging workplace culture.
You'll be part of a supportive, friendly HR team within a large and growing organisation. The environment is busy and varied - no two days are the same - and you'll have the opportunity to be involved in meaningful HR work that directly supports employee experience.
