Job summary
A well-established recruitment agency in Bingley is seeking a Senior HR Officer to enhance their HR team. This role offers the chance to lead recruitment and onboarding, manage designated HR staff, and provide effective support and assurance checks in alignment with statutory HR requirements. Ideal candidates will possess HR Advisor experience, be CIPD Level 5 qualified, and have exceptional communication skills. - Previous HR Advisor/Officer experience ideally within education.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and must be comfortable speaking to people at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Responsible for line-management of designated HR staff.
- Provide assurance checks in line with Trust and statutory HR requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for staff in cluster schools for HR matters.
- Communicate with leadership colleagues to plan staffing requirements.
- Support the administration of school training and appraisals.
- Deliver implementation of HR changes/projects.
