Qualifications

  • Previous HR experience, including advising managers and attending HR-related meetings.
  • Experience in a school environment and knowledge of Local Government/National Conditions is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the Trust.
  • Provide advice and support to Headteachers, senior leaders, and staff on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
