A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Newcastle-upon-Tyne to support HR functions during change. Candidates should have strong expertise in Employee Relations casework, change initiatives, and people analytics. Responsibilities include leading complex HR issues, promoting best practices, and coaching leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will be confident in their approach and possess a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, with a focus on evidence-based HR practices.

Contract: Temporary
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour
Contract Length: 3-12 months
