We're currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fantastic People Team. This role will be covering homes across our Norfolk and Midlands regions whilst also supporting colleagues in our Support Centre based in Northampton. As our HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across the business. You'll bring strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical HR expertise to drive real impact—from employee relations and wellbeing to policy development and organisational change.
