A well-established organization near Stevenage is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.   • Location: Hertfordshire (commutable from Luton, Stevenage, Letchworth, Cambridge, Bedford)

  • Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

  • Salary: Up to £48,000 plus 25 days’ holiday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing HR advice and support to managers, including guidance on HR processes and employment law

  • Managing employee relations matters end to end

  • Supporting performance management processes

  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives

  • Delivering generalist HR administration and support as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong generalist HR background, including hands‑on experience managing ER casework, along with solid knowledge of UK employment law. You must also be available to start a new role early in the New Year.
CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
