A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner for a 6-month contract based in Chippenham. The role involves strategically partnering to enhance operational efficiency and delivering comprehensive HR support across Operations and Supply Chain teams. Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Strategically partnering with the business to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance
  • To lead the HR activity and deliver the people aspects of the site's strategic plans.
  • Work with Corporate HR to ensure HR processes are effectively delivered in line with global timelines and protocols.
  • To provide a first-class support service across the full HR remit for the Operations and Supply Chain teams on site whilst liaising with the wider People Team.
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Supporting managers in performance management procedures
Profile

A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Job Offer

Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Chippenham.
