A local council in the UK is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to foster a positive workplace culture and support the HR service covering various responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a level 5 CIPD qualification and a proven track record in managing complex employee relations. We are looking for HR Business Partners to join our team who will share our values and play a key role in shaping a positive, high‑performing workplace culture, with a workforce that can meet the current and future needs of our community.
As a HR Business Partner you will contribute to the delivery of a high quality HR Service across the full range of HR activity with a focus on supporting managers to effectively manage their workforce and fulfil their responsibilities in compliance with best practice, policy and legislation. One of the positions available will support the HR Service for Schools.
You will be CIPD qualified (level 5 as a minimum) or equivalent with a knowledge of employment legislation and its application. A proven track record and experience of working in Human Resources dealing with complex employee relations matters is essential.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A comprehensive pre‑employment screening process will be undertaken which will include an Enhanced Disclosure with Child Barred List.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for working purposes is a requirement of the role.
