Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 2-month contract in Tetford, starting ASAP. This hands-on role involves supporting two sites (St Ives & Norwich) and managing various HR activities such as employee relations and wellbeing. Applicants should have a strong background in HR at the Business Partner level and be CIPD qualified. The position requires immediate availability and offers £21.66 per hour, increasing to £27.98 after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner is essential.
  • Must possess CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
  • Ability to manage employee relations cases confidently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead core HR activity across two sites.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and wellbeing.
  • Promote best HR practices and coach site managers.
