Temporary Vacancy – HR Business Partner

Location :Hybrid – Travel required between Cringleford NR4 and St. Ives PE27
Daily Rate : £195.98 PAYE or £223.47 via Umbrella Co.
Contract length :2 months
Hours :Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking two experienced HR Business Partners on a short-term assignment. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel between sites and offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Community Unit and Service Leads to deliver professional, customer-focused HR advice and people solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR and workforce management, supporting policy integration and best practice.
  • Lead on recruitment and retention strategies in collaboration with the Recruitment and Retention Business Partner Lead.
  • Support workforce planning, ensuring realistic and measurable plans are in place.
  • Advise and lead on key HR activities including Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, and staff engagement.
  • Manage workforce issues and major change programmes.
Candidate Requirements
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent (postgraduate diploma/Masters level).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
  • Line management and performance management experience.
  • Strong experience in writing consultation papers and reports.
