CMA HR Division is pleased to be supporting a well‑established organisation in Dorset as they recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their expanding people function. This organisation operates across multiple sites and is recognised for delivering high‑quality, community‑focused services with a strong emphasis on values, culture and long‑term impact.

Working as part of a collaborative HR team, the HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the People Strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, you’ll partner closely with operational teams to enhance performance, engagement and workforce planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing change and contributing to an organisation with purpose.

What will the HR Business Partner role involve?
