Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a hybrid role supporting the NHS. The candidate must be available to start immediately and will provide HR support across two key sites. Responsibilities include managing employee relations and performance management. Candidates must be CIPD qualified and possess solid experience in a Business Partner role. This role offers £25.00 - £30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Partner role or similar.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive HR support to Community Unit and Service Leads.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert in HR management.
  • Partner with Recruitment and Retention leads to address workforce challenges.
  • Develop realistic workforce plans.
  • Lead key HR activities including Employee Relations and Diversity initiatives.

HR Business Partner
NHS - Band 7
Hybrid | Immediate Start Needed | Travel Required
£25.00 - £30.00 per hour Depending on Experience

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Band 7) who is available to start immediately and support two key NHS sites.

This is a hybrid role with travel required between Norwich and Cambridge.

Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Length: 2 months
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Requirements
  • CIPD qualified / Postgraduate Diploma in HRM or equivalent to Masters level
  • Additional training or equivalent experience at Masters level
  • Solid experience in a Business Partner role (or similar)
  • Confident line management background
  • Strong performance management capability
  • Skilled in producing consultation papers and detailed reports
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Community Unit and Service Leads to provide proactive, customer-focused HR support.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert across all HR and people management areas, linking with wider Workforce functions.
  • Partner with Recruitment & Retention leads to shape and deliver effective recruitment/retention strategies and address workforce challenges.
  • Support service areas in developing realistic, measurable workforce plans.
  • Lead on key HR activities including Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Staff Survey action plans.
  • Manage workforce issues and contribute to major change programmes.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate HR policy and best practice.
