Role & Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
  • Partner with managers across your allocated business areas to deliver the full employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes are consistently applied.
  • Coach, support and develop managers to build confidence in leading their teams, managing performance, and applying HR policies effectively.
  • Monitor attendance, wellbeing and engagement trends, providing early intervention, recommendations and support where needed.
  • Manage and guide managers through disciplinary, grievance and ER casework, ensuring compliance and strong documentation.
  • Lead on talent development activities including PDRs, progression pathways, training attendance and succession planning.
  • Support organisational design, job description updates and role change communication.
  • Maintain accurate people data, utilise HR systems, and identify patterns or areas for improvement.
  • Support HR policy reviews, HR/People initiatives, site visits, and ad-hoc People projects across the organisation.
About YOU as the HR Business Partner:
  • Strong generalist HR background with proven experience partnering with managers at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator and influencer who builds trust quickly and coaches managers effectively.
  • High attention to detail with strong ability to analyse people data and translate it into meaningful insight.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and an interest in continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a genuine passion for supporting people to perform at their best.
  • Full UK Drivers licence as site visits nationally are expected
