Job Description
- Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders, offering expert guidance and support.
- Lead complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen workforce wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding standards, and GDPR requirements.
- Collaborate on organisational change projects including restructures, mergers, and TUPE transfers.
- Analyse HR data to inform workforce planning, succession, and talent development.
- Design and deliver training for managers on HR policies, ER practice, and compliance.
- Coach and mentor direct reports to build capability and resilience.
- Oversee compliance checks and audits across staff records, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage external relationships with legal, occupational health, and employee support providers.
- Partner with recruitment colleagues to ensure safe, compliant onboarding and workforce resourcing.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and equality across all HR practices.
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team through clear objectives, supervision, and performance management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across the organisation.
