Saïd Business School, part of the University of Oxford, is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our professional HR team. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £47,000 - £55,000 per annum, including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates should have extensive experience advising line managers on a wide range of HR issues within complex organisations, preferably in a unionised environment. A CIPD Level 7 qualification or willingness to work towards it is required, along with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. The role demands a proactive, professional approach with the ability to coach managers, influence senior leadership, and develop effective relationships at all levels.
