Anderson Knight Recruitment is partnering exclusively to recruit a HR Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a dynamic, close-knit HR team and contribute to the growth of the business.

The Role:

As HR Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, working closely with a small but highly effective team. The role offers significant exposure to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management, with the opportunity to grow and develop within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
  • Support employee relations activities, including performance management and disciplinary matters.
  • Help manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in an HR Assistant or similar HR role, ideally within construction or related sectors.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress within HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
