My client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert HR guidance.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and support transformation processes.
• Enhance employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee recruitment & staffing, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Manage talent and performance programs to foster employee development.
