The post holder will be accountable to the Director of HR & OD and be responsible to and report to the Head of HR & OD to support the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service for the Trust The post holder will support the Director of HR and OD and the Deputy Director of HR, to develop and implement the Trusts Best People strategy, in line with legislation, Trust and national priorities and initiatives, and modern HR practice. This includes the local implementation of the NHS People Plan and People Promise requirements. Whilst this role will offer support to the senior leadership team and the Deputy Director of HR and the post holder to work on their own initiative, managing their own day to day workload. The post holder will operate within HR policies and procedures, escalating more complex matters to the Head of HR and OD and the Deputy Director of HR. The post holder will support the delivery of the Trust People Strategy and report on specific HR issues as requested including Workforce evaluation and project work. The post holder will work in a manner consistent with the NHS Management Code of Conduct and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.
