A leading HR consultancy in Northern Ireland seeks an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role involves providing advisory support on employee relations and talent management while ensuring compliance with NI legislation. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of HR experience, a relevant qualification, and a commitment to employee growth and sustainability.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
