A leading construction and services company in the UK is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to support the HR Shared Services team. You'll coordinate tasks, manage complex queries, and assist in performance monitoring. Qualifications

Job description

As a Senior HR Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in delivering a high-quality employee lifecycle service. Your day to day will include:

  • Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed within deadlines
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex queries and mentoring team members
  • Supporting the Team Manager with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and producing reports to drive service enhancements
  • Providing accurate HR/pay-related administration using Oracle HR and other systems
  • You have experience in high-volume HR administration, ideally in a Shared Service Centre
  • You're confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle HR desirable)
  • You're organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • You're a strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • You're enthusiastic about creating a positive team culture and supporting others
