As a Senior HR Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in delivering a high-quality employee lifecycle service. Your day to day will include:
- Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed within deadlines
- Acting as an escalation point for complex queries and mentoring team members
- Supporting the Team Manager with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and producing reports to drive service enhancements
- Providing accurate HR/pay-related administration using Oracle HR and other systems
- You have experience in high-volume HR administration, ideally in a Shared Service Centre
- You're confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle HR desirable)
- You're organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- You're a strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
- You're enthusiastic about creating a positive team culture and supporting others
