You will lead the design and delivery of competitive reward strategies, manage salary benchmarking, and enhance recognition programs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reward leadership, strong analytical skills, and a CIPD qualification. - Lead the design and delivery of competitive reward and recognition strategies

- Partner with senior leaders to align rewards with business goals
- Stay ahead of market trends and ensure compliance across all reward programs
- Proven experience in a reward leadership role
- Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits strategy, market data, and job evaluation
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills
- A passion for creating exceptional employee experiences
- CIPD Level 5 or above
