About Our Client

PageGroup are delighted to partner with a manufacturing business based in Wednesbury to appoint for a HR Business Partner (Part Time) to join a busy site. This role is offering part time hours circa 25-30hrs per week. Due to the nature of the sector, the role will be mostly site-base with some hybrid working available business needs dependent.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, this is a stand-alone HR Business Partner role dealing with the full people lifecycle for this busy manufacturing site. This will include but not limited to :

  • Provide strategic and commercially-minded HR guidance to Senior Leadership onsite
  • Oversee employee relations cases
  • Support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Deliver HR projects in line with organisational goals
  • Provide advice on performance management
  • Talent mapping and succession planning
  • Manage HR data and reporting to support decision-making processes.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time HR Business Partner should have :

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partnering role within a similar sector
  • Commercially minded approach with ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships
