Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an HR Advisor for a permanent role based in Sleaford, United Kingdom. We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience in a similar position within a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualified IT literate, especially in Word and Excel
- Able to work as part of an HR and onsite team
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Flexible to take on new tasks and projects
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with a range of Employee Relations related issues
