Are you an experienced and compassionate Home Manager ready to take the lead in a well-respected residential care setting? We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded care provider seeking a dynamic and dedicated Home Manager to oversee a beautiful residential home in the Chester area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Promote a caring, supportive, and person-centred environment for all residents. Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential or elderly care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming home environment.
