The role involves managing employee relations, developing HR policies, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring data integrity in HR systems. The position is based in Knowsley, offering a competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 plus benefits, including a car allowance, healthcare, and enhanced leave provisions.
The Human Resources Department (HR) provides overall advice, guidance, and direction on all aspects of people management, as well as providing administrative support functions to the management of 900+ employees at various locations throughout the UK.
Support the Head of HR to lead and deliver high-quality, compliant, and commercially minded HR services across MJ Quinn—driving effective ER case management, HR operations, HR systems / MI and engagement initiatives.

Travel Requirements
You will be primarily based at the above address; however, you may be required to support staff at our other office locations.
Holiday Entitlements
