You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver HR strategies across talent, performance, reward, wellbeing, and organisational development. You'll also provide leadership to the HR function, ensuring robust governance, compliance with employment law, and an excellent employee experience.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Owning and delivering the people strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Leading all core HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and L&D.
  • Driving cultural and organisational change, with a focus on engagement and wellbeing.
  • Providing strategic HR insight to senior leadership, using data and HR analytics to inform decisions.
  • Ensuring policies, processes, and practices are legally compliant and commercially aligned.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (Head of HR, HR Director, or similar) at a regulated business.
  • Strong background in employment law, employee relations, and organisational development.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and developing HR teams.
  • Track record of driving cultural change and improving engagement.
  • Confident working with data and HR systems to support decision-making.
  • Financial services experience is desirable but not essential.

This role would suit a commercially minded, people-focused HR leader who wants to make a visible impact and shape the next phase of an organisation’s growth.
