A prominent HR consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a forward-thinking Head of ER & Employee Experience to lead their HR partnering function. You will oversee initiatives that promote a positive employee experience for approximately 1,000 colleagues across multiple sites. The role involves shaping Employee Relations practices and leadership capabilities while ensuring alignment with policies and organizational values in a fast-paced environment.

In a fast-paced, resilient and PE-backed environment, youll shape a consistent, fair and positive employee experience while strengthening leadership capability across all sites.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition & Development, youll ensure HR operations, ER, culture and development activity are aligned to deliver a seamless employee journey.
