Were recruiting a forward-thinking Head of ER & Employee Experience to lead a values-driven HR partnering function across a multi-site, national workforce of c.1,000 colleagues . In a fast-paced, resilient and PE-backed environment, youll shape a consistent, fair and positive employee experience while strengthening leadership capability across all sites.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition & Development, youll ensure HR operations, ER, culture and development activity are aligned to deliver a seamless employee journey.
