We are a mixed multi-academy Trust based in the heart of Gloucester. Are you a strategic, values driven HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a lasting difference in education? Join as our Head of HR and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional education across our schools.
As Head of HR, you will lead, develop and implement the Trusts human resource strategies in support of the overarching Strategic Business Plan. You will be responsible for fulfilling the Trusts mission, vision and values to be an employer of choice: recruit, retain and develop our staff to create an environment in which they feel valued and cared for. You will be CIPD qualified with proven senior HR experience, demonstrating success in previous roles.
To be responsible for the development, leadership and continual improvement of the human resource service across the Trust and its multiple sites. This is to enable the Trust academies to focus on the right people with the right skills to support the delivery of excellent learning & teaching, school improvement and ensure all relevant statutory requirements are fulfilled.
