Head of HR - Up to £115,000p / a - Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading technology business looking for an experienced Head of HR to help shape and drive a high performing People function. This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who has operated in a complex, data-driven, tech-focused environment.

Role Responsibilities :
  • Lead the HR Business Partner and HR Operations teams across the UK (and support international teams where required)
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to deliver the HR and People strategy
  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people performance
  • Oversee HR operations to ensure consistent, high quality employee experience
  • Support and lead integration of acquired businesses
  • Manage TUPE processes and ensure compliance across all change programmes
  • Oversee and implement international working practices
  • Use data and insight to drive decision making and continuous improvement
Requirements :
  • Experience operating at Head of HR level
  • Technology sector or tech enabled business experience is essential
