THE ALLSAINTS TEAM
At AllSaints, we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.
We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a wide variety of roles. Our products are designed in-house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.
We are a brand embarking on an exciting plan, and we are seeking new team members who want to contribute to this.
As a store manager, you're responsible for assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. Our store leadership roles are not just about what happens within the store's walls; they also involve engaging with the community around you.
Your store is the center of a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your area, who might shop with us in-store, online, or via partnerships. You will support the brand leader and store team in delivering excellent in-store and online service, oversee and support stylist team members responding to customer inquiries via our online system, and ensure the store and team are well-presented and motivated.
Our Eldon Square standalone store in Newcastle, open since 2010, trades from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (seasonally adjusted). Located in Newcastle's historic and popular premium shopping center, it attracts locals and tourists alike. The team is passionate about fashion and AllSaints. The store is about a 10-minute walk from Newcastle station.
We are committed to developing diverse teams and creating an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to contribute to our brand's success. We promote equality and safeguard against discrimination of any kind. Even if you don't meet all criteria, we encourage you to apply if you have a passion for our brand and a willingness to learn. We are happy to support any adjustments needed during your application process.
