Job description

We are looking for vibrant, passionate brand ambassadors to join the SHEIKE team. As a SHEIKE Stylist, you will deliver genuine and authentic styling for our customers so they can feel their most confident, empowered self.

You will push to exceed KPI targets while showcasing interpersonal capabilities, professional development, and commitment to delivering every interaction to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide an exceptional customer experience journey in every interaction
  2. Create a high energy and compelling in-store brand experience
  3. Have a natural ability & confidence to style all customers
  4. Be a passionate brand ambassador
  5. Confident working with KPIs and individual targets

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in fashion retail or hospitality
  2. Previous experience meeting store sales targets + KPI's
  3. Confidence and natural ability to style others confidently
  4. A strong desire to challenge yourself to succeed & grow
  5. Self-motivated, positive and looking to achieve excellence always
  6. Thrive in a dynamic one team environment
  7. Flexibility in your availability
