We are searching for a creative, intuitive, and hard-working Social Media Manager eager to join a high-growth brand with the potential to bring new ideas and projects to life. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious, possess an excellent eye for pop culture, fashion, and trends, and have top-tier content creation skills.

This position requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a creative or social content-centric role, including some team leadership and management experience. You will work from our office and studios near Chester on a Monday to Friday schedule.

What You Will Do:

1. Execute innovative social strategies, reporting to our Head of Social
2. Plan and produce high-standard content aligned with the brand and creative direction
3. Develop concept ideas based on market research and creative inspiration, delivering industry-leading results
4. React swiftly to social and brand moments with creative thinking
5. Stay updated on social media trends to create engaging content that increases followers and site traffic
6. Create content during photoshoots for use across organic and paid social channels
7. Provide weekly data reports to the Head of Social for platform insights
8. Participate in community events to gather content
9. Manage and mentor assistants and interns to ensure high performance and creativity
10. Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to align content with social strategies
11. Build relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility
12. Handle social crises with quick and effective resolutions

We are looking for someone with:

• Over 4 years of experience in a fast-paced creative role with team responsibility and high standards
• Experience in a social media role within a social-first brand (preferred)
• Meticulous attention to detail and artistic flair in content creation
