Surface Mount Machine Operator
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Surface Mount Machine Operator based in Stevenage area. This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.
We’re working with a world‑class Manufacturing business that operates in the Defense sector.
Would you like to be responsible for the carrying out of machine manufacturing and self‑certification tasks within the deployed business?
This role is for a Surface Mount Machine Operator — someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results‑oriented and driven to succeed. You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Hand soldering Circuit Card Assemblies to IPC 610 & 001.
- Fine soldering under magnification.
- Surface mount and through‑hole component assembly.
- Surface Mount exposure.
- Soldering/CCA Assembly.
- Dexterity for fine work.
Hourly rate of £24.78 rising to £26.12 ph.
