Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• No Nights, No Weekends, No Bank Holidays. 37.5 hrs, Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (Weekly Rotating)
• Starting total remuneration £27.30 (includes salary & shift allowance)
• Focus on development with high-quality training, working under a Supervisor overseeing Rewinding, Packing, and Dispatch
• Demonstrate organizational skills handling large volumes of labels
• Develop knowledge of rewinding techniques such as wrapeel, braille, and numbering
• Work with various materials like sachets, PET liners, and glassine
• Ensure high precision in rewind jobs, paying attention to every millimeter
• Check labels during final stages and raise quality concerns confidently
• Collaborate with Packing & Dispatch and Printers for efficient production flow
• Maintain excellent Health and Safety standards
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and suggest efficiencies and innovations
