Overview

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills and an organized approach to take on the role of Health Record Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and co-ordinate team members, allocate workload, monitor progress and proactively solving non-routine problems thus ensuring the provision of an efficient and adaptable Health Records Service.

Responsibilities and requirements
  • Lead and coordinate Health Records team, allocate workload, monitor progress and proactively solve non-routine problems to ensure an efficient and adaptable Health Records Service.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a willingness to develop people management skills to ensure organisational values are met.
  • Have previous leadership in Health Records with knowledge of a range of records functions.
  • Work towards a qualification in records management, preferably the IHRIM Certificate or Diploma.
Interview topic

The candidates will be expected to give a five minute talk on the following subject: “Leading a High-Performing Health Records Team, whilst maintaining the organisational values”
