What You’ll Do
  • Leadership & Team Support: Be the main point of contact in the absence of the venue manager, leading by example and training staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Couple Engagement: Support planning meetings, show rounds, and client communication, ensuring a seamless experience for couples from start to finish.
  • Wedding Sales: Act as a key support for the sales manager, taking a keen interest in wedding sales and helping to maximise booking opportunities.
  • Administrative Duties: Generate and amend invoices, produce accurate running orders, and ensure accommodation sales are maximised.
  • Event Support: Assist with open days, dinner date evenings, upselling opportunities, and ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting consistency across communication and assisting with social media and marketing tasks.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain a safe environment, including administering first aid when needed and keeping up-to-date with documentation such as fire and accident reports.
