As a Deputy Manager, you'll be part of the leadership team, supporting activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and team development. Alongside the Home Manager, you'll ensure safety and motivate your team to keep the people we support engaged and fulfilled. Your sense of fun will help make things happen.
