Salary: £30,048 - £33,168 per year based on 160 hours month

Sleep-ins: min 4 per month at £65 each

£5,000 Welcome bonus

Overtime: £5 extra per hour over contract

Your Role

You'll support the Home Manager in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Duties include:

  • Leading and mentoring residential care staff
  • Overseeing safeguarding and quality of care
  • Managing rotas, incidents, and staff supervision
  • Supporting care planning and behaviour strategies
  • Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding policies
  • providing calm leadership in crisis situations

Shifts include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
