Nurse Deputy Manager - Full-Time, Day Shifts

Are you an ambitious, compassionate Nurse Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Join a growing care team where your skills make a real difference every day.

Location: Southport
Hours: 39 hours per week (Day shifts - 2 x 11-hour nurse shifts, 2 x 8.5-hour supernumerary shifts, including some weekends)
Pay: £23.00 per hour

About the Role

We are recruiting a Nurse Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a specialist nursing home. You'll play a key role in leading a dedicated team, supporting residents with dementia and complex nursing needs, and ensuring best-practice standards are maintained.
