A great opportunity has arisen to work as a band 5 Staff Nurse within Bradford District Care Foundation Trust's Continence Service. We are a well-established team delivering expert care to individuals with bladder and bowel problems across primary care and care homes. We also deliver education on continence care (bladder/bowel and catheterisation) across community nursing teams. We pride ourselves on our multidisciplinary approach and the quality of our service.
We seek a motivated, dynamic nurse passionate about improving continence care in Bradford, Airedale, and Craven. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing evidence-based advice, supporting community staff and service users, and mentoring junior staff. Good communication, teaching skills, enthusiasm for service improvement, and collaborative working are essential.
