As our company grows, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and committed Asbestos Surveyor to join our team. It is key that you can work efficiently both as part of a team and independently. Help us ensure the safety of buildings by identifying, monitoring, and overseeing asbestos-related matters.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Perform asbestos re-inspection surveys to maintain client compliance and assist in managing asbestos-containing materials, providing guidance and recommendations.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

• BOHS P402 certification or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in conducting asbestos surveys.
• The ability to learn and develop new skills within a multi-disciplinary company.
• A full UK driving license.
