A leading accident repair group is seeking a Customer Journey Specialist in Bournemouth. This role includes managing site administration, inspecting vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a full UK driving license and demonstrate self-motivation along with strong organizational skills. The position offers a competitive salary and various employment benefits, ensuring a supportive environment for professional growth.
Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation.
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Accident Repair Centre in Bournemouth. The position is a high-profile position within the business and your general job functions include controlling all elements of the site’s administration. The post holder will ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an efficient, timely and professional manner. Providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
