Engagement Analyst

Salary: £25,000-£28,000
Location: Glasgow
Working pattern: Hybrid working with up to 4 days working from home
Contract: Temporary role for 3 months
Start: January onwards

The role

We are recruiting Engagement Analysts to join a busy public-facing enquiries team supporting consumers across energy efficiency and government-backed schemes.

You will be the first point of contact for members of the public, handling enquiries by phone and email, providing clear guidance, and logging accurate case notes. This is a structured, fast-paced environment where good judgement, organisation, and communication matter.

If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and being part of a supportive team with shared targets, this role will suit you well.
