A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Global Benefits - Sales Leader to drive sales across the UK and Nordics. This hybrid role involves managing client relations, targeting new clients, and leading a sales strategy focused on global benefits. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in global benefits and consultative skills, along with a Bachelor's degree. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually an Aon office.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in the global benefits and/ or human capital industry to lead our sales efforts across the UK & Nordics. This sales individual will work directly with the EMEA GB leader and the Global Chief Commercial Officer for GB in executing a defined sales strategy to expand our client lists for global benefits, focused on targeting new clients and gaining introductions for our services that can be supported by the GB consulting teams.
