Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and grow individuals while managing clients.
• Track record of success in a sales leadership role, ideally in CEM or similar.
• Experience managing sales budgets of GBP5–10 million.
• Ability to solve customer application issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a 2-3 year sales strategy targeting GBP8-8.5 million.
• Mentor and develop a team of Engineers and Sales administration.
• Maintain and grow approximately 30 key accounts.
• Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose marketing plan.
