Assist with all aspects of recruitment administration, from application to onboarding. This includes liaising with candidates and multiple internal stakeholders, arranging interviews at all levels, and preparing accurate offer and onboarding documentation.
With oversight from the Resourcing Manager, lead trainee recruitment across the Channel Islands. Assist with organizing and attending jurisdiction-specific career fairs, recruitment events, or assessment days.
Provide an efficient and effective service to the Group, ensuring all recruitment policies and procedures are followed.
Act as a point of contact with external recruitment specialists, fostering positive relationships with approved preferred agents.
Assist managers in maintaining and developing job descriptions for all roles within the Group and in preparing advertisements.
