Job summary

A dynamic organization based in Dartford is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function. This role combines strategic HR duties with hands-on responsibilities, influencing business culture and supporting management teams. The HR Manager will oversee the HR team, Health & Safety, and Hospitality functions. Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist HR support and advice to managers and employees.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the HR team.
  • Oversee Health & Safety and Hospitality teams.
  • Design and deliver the company's HR strategy.
  • Coach managers to ensure consistent, effective people practices.
  • Manage workforce planning and all recruitment stages.
  • Own the performance management cycle, contributing to succession planning.
  • Lead on employee relations, organisational change and compliance.
