This permanent role involves advising senior leaders, managing complex casework, and overseeing HR services across various stakeholders. Candidates should be CIPD qualified with a strong HR background and knowledge of employment law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in leading organisational change initiatives. The position requires a minimum of 3 days onsite work per week.
