We are seeking a talented, bright, and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This role involves advising senior Operations leaders, developing and executing talent management strategies, and fostering organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a culture steward, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed Amazon's unique culture into the employee experience. Additionally, you will establish standard processes and policies, guide the organization through change, and serve as the proxy for the HR Manager at your Fulfillment Center.
