Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels of food, beverages, and catering equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate timely deliveries.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure all goods meet airline and food-safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement to reduce waste and optimise inventory costs.
- As a pivotal part of the team you will manage the stock in our warehouse ensuring that the ordering, distribution and reconciliation of stock is managed effectively within the operation. Forecasting anticipated stock requirements through effective management of the ordering and delivery schedule, establishing minimum and maximum stock levels by season utilising appropriate systems as required. On a daily basis you will ensure that all work is completed according to daily work schedules and that all information received is communicated to the right people in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary. You will pride yourself on delivering a 5 service with a focus on delivering results, whilst maintaining our high standards dealing with any stock issues / queries in a timely manner, escalating any matters which cannot be resolved to the relevant manager.
